Position: Commis – Cold Kitchen

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold dishes.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and presentations are appealing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garde manger station.
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
  • Assist with stocking and inventory of cold kitchen supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Commis in a cold kitchen or garde manger.
  • Knowledge of cold food preparation and presentation.
  • Creative and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passionate individual for a culinary career.
