Position: Concierge Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the concierge and bell desk team to provide exceptional guest service.
• Assist guests with inquiries, transportation, luggage, and activity recommendations.
• Train the team on local attractions, hotel services, and service standards.
• Manage guest requests and ensure timely follow up.
• Coordinate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest service role, with supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Jakarta, airport services, and local attractions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• A positive, empowered, and guest focused attitude.
• Member of Les Clefs d’Or is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
