Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of a specific restaurant or bar outlet.
- Assist in training and coaching service staff on standards and upselling techniques.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle any complaints effectively.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Monitor inventory of beverages and supplies for the outlet.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant or bar operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Guest oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure.
- Familiar with POS systems.
