Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high quality service and beverage preparation.
- Supervise, train, and schedule bartenders and barbacks.
- Manage bar inventory, conduct stocktakes, and assist with ordering.
- Create new cocktail recipes and maintain beverage menus.
- Ensure the bar is clean, well stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a high volume, upscale bar.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee.
- Strong leadership and team training skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
- Creative and passionate about mixology.
- Fluent in English.
