Position: Food & Beverage Captain
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Waiters and Waitresses during service.
- Take guest orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure order accuracy.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest billing and payments.
- Assist the supervisor in training new staff and maintaining service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior Waiter or F&B Captain in a fine dining or luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service sequences.
- Excellent communication, upselling, and guest service skills.
- Leadership potential and ability to guide a small team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with POS systems.
