Position: Waiter or Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and attentive service to all guests.
- Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set correctly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage items and service etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Good command of English is required.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
