Position: Food & Beverage Ambassador
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the dining outlets and provide engaging and attentive service.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve dishes and drinks, ensuring adherence to the resort’s high service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively handle any inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B service, or customer facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.
- Strong guest service orientation with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and feedback in a positive and solution oriented manner.
- Passionate about brand representation, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences.
