Position: GUEST RELATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Guest Relations team, motivating them to bring guests’ expectations to reality.
  • Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring a high service orientation from arrival to departure.
  • Handle all guest complaints effectively and diplomatically, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Train and develop the team to maintain a professional appearance, pleasant personality, and genuine warmth.
  • Implement proactive problem solving strategies to enhance guest satisfaction in our luxury boutique resort.

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Guest Relations/Guest Experience) in a luxury boutique resort or 4-5 star hotel.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • High service orientation, professional appearance, pleasant personality, and genuine warmth.
  • Proactive problem-solving, calm under pressure, able to deal with guest complaints effectively and diplomatically.
