Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all sales and marketing strategies to maximize resort revenue.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across all channels.
• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and targets.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and media partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong in Europe & Middle East Market (1).
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
