Position: E-Commerce & Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management and e commerce strategies to optimize resort revenue.
  • Manage all online distribution channels, including the hotel website and OTAs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make data driven decisions.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive online bookings and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
  • Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proficient in related systems and technology.
  • Fast learner and proactive team player.
  • Able to join immediately.
