Position: E-Commerce & Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management and e commerce strategies to optimize resort revenue.
- Manage all online distribution channels, including the hotel website and OTAs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make data driven decisions.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive online bookings and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
