Position: F&B Supervisor

About the Role:

• Ensures smooth service in all dining outlets, manages staff schedules, and maintains high service standards.
• Supervises and motivates the F&B team, provides training and guidance, and ensures consistent guest oriented service.
• Monitors food quality, hygiene, and presentation, addresses guest feedback, and implements improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand menu items and promotions.
• Manage restaurant setup and closing procedures efficiently.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel F&B service, including knowledge of menus, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with both staff and guests.
• Skilled in handling guest inquiries or complaints professionally and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
