Position: Executive Chef (Local) (25159597)
Qualifications:
- Must be an Indonesian national
- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a large scale luxury resort
- Strong leadership and management skills for a diverse culinary brigade
- Proven ability in menu engineering, culinary concept development, and financial management
- Expert knowledge of international and local cuisines
- A purposeful leader committed to team wellbeing and development
- Belong to a global community and become the best version of you
