Position: Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the resort’s presence and performance on all online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, Brand.com).
- Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and optimal visibility across all electronic channels.
- Implement and manage the resort’s CRS, channel manager, and other distribution systems.
- Analyze channel performance and collaborate with the Revenue Manager to optimize distribution strategy.
- Support the pre-opening team by setting up all distribution systems and OTA connectivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce or Distribution in a hotel/resort setting.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel distribution systems, including PMS, CRS, GDS, and channel managers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with OTA extranets and content management.
- Understanding of revenue management principles.
- Pre-opening experience is highly valued.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
