Regent Bali Canggu is an ultra-luxury, high-end IHG resort opening in the trending Canggu area, set to redefine luxury hospitality with bespoke design and intimate service. The resort will offer exceptional wellness and culinary experiences. We are currently offering exceptional hotel jobs in Canggu for highly skilled and motivated specialists.
We are seeking talented professionals to join our pre-opening team, establishing the highest standards in wellness, spa, and culinary operations. Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high quality and consistent food preparation.
- Supervise and train commis chefs in the section, managing daily production schedules.
- Ensure all food preparation is done according to standard recipes and presentations.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills in a specific kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, pastry).
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
- Relevant culinary education or certification.
