Position: Guest Experience Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- A vibrant and artistic personality that aligns with the ARTOTEL brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for delivering unique guest experiences.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, and able to work in a dynamic team.
- Familiar with the Senayan area and Jakarta attractions.
