Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
- Ability to handle check in, check out, and cashiering duties accurately.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Able to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
