Position: Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Qualifications:
- Female, as specified by the hotel.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Communications.
- Experienced in 4 or 5-star hotels.
- Experienced working as a GSA for a minimum of 1 year.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Great interpersonal & communication skill, with a welcoming personality.
- Highly committed, responsible & able to work as a team.
- Good attention to detail in guest data and transactions.
- Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Able to join immediately.
