Position: Communication Center Clerk (Daily Worker)
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Telephone Operator, Call Center Agent, or in a similar role. Hotel experience is a plus.
- Clear, professional, and polite communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and guest requests efficiently.
- Familiar with PBX or hotel communication systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to log requests accurately.
- Positive attitude and ability to work flexible shifts as a Daily Worker.
- Strong team player and quick learner.
