Position: Concierge Executive
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Concierge role at a 5 star hotel.
- Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of Jakarta, including dining, entertainment, and logistics.
- Impeccable communication and networking skills.
- Ability to handle complex guest requests and create memorable experiences.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A resourceful, proactive, and “can do” attitude.
