Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the management team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Makassar market is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
