Position: Senior Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize services to exceed expectations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist the Front Office team in daily operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skill
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
- Able to join immediately
