Position: FO Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Train, schedule, and supervise Front Desk Agents to maintain high service standards
  • Handle guest complaints and complex inquiries with professionalism and authority
  • Ensure accurate billing and compliance with hotel cash handling procedures
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reservations to manage room inventory effectively

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the same field, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management
  • Familiar with hotel system (Power Pro)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus
