Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hotel HR strategy by translating business priorities into actionable HR plans
  • Oversee workforce planning plus succession planning and talent pipeline development
  • Manage full cycle recruitment and ensure consistent compliant hiring practices
  • Guide department heads on interviewing selection and staffing optimization
  • Monitor compensation structure internal equity and employee reward programs
  • Drive onboarding orientation and continuous training initiatives across departments
  • Support performance evaluations coaching and employee development programs
  • Maintain strong employee relations handle grievances and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure HR operations run smoothly including records management HRIS accuracy and legal compliance
  • Provide HR metrics and insights to the Executive Committee and support organizational change initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Legal Psychology or related field
  • Proven HR experience in hospitality industry with experience in 4 or 5 star hotels
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor law recruitment processes and end to end HR operations
  • Proven track record of clear and effective communication across all levels including resolving employee issues facilitating discussions and supporting management decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership capability through managing HR initiatives supervising HR staff and partnering with department heads
