Position: Assistant Banquet Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily banquet operations
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure service standards
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown
- Liaise with clients to ensure event success
- Handle operational issues and provide solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience in banquet operations at a supervisory or assistant manager level
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
