Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for various market segments.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Director of Sales in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta market, particularly SCBD.
- Result-driven and passionate.
