Position: Guest Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Greet VIP guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Collect guest feedback and address any concerns.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.
- Assist the Front Office team during peak times.
- Maintain a high level of personalized service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest relations or front office.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Charming and professional personality.
- Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle demanding situations with grace.
