Position: Sous Chef Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pastry section and ensure high-quality dessert production.
- Create new pastry and dessert menus.
- Supervise pastry staff and ensure hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Innovative and creativity in product.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Have a good communication skill, high discipline, honest, responsible, friendly and always smile.
