Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily stewarding operations ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean.
- Manage the stewarding team and coordinate staffing for banquet events and outlet service.
- Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance of dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in all kitchen areas.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a stewarding supervisor role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a diverse team of stewards.
- Service minded attitude with a focus on kitchen operational support.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
- Hardworking, reliable, and detail oriented.
