Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and a friendly attitude
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Sentul
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Manage guest reservations and process payments accurately in the property management system
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure room readiness for arriving guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance with a guest-oriented mindset and positive work ethic
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accurate cash handling skills
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related professional field
