Position: Steward (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain cleanliness of all kitchenware and cutlery
- Perform general cleaning of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and drainages
- Ensure garbage removal and waste management protocols are followed daily
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas for kitchen equipment
- Assist the kitchen team in basic tasks during high volume operational periods
Qualifications:
- Positive work attitude and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical fitness to handle heavy cleaning tasks and stand for long periods
- Previous experience as a steward or cleaner is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team
- Disciplined with a high attention to sanitation standards
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent
- Ready to work in a daily worker capacity as needed
