Position: Chef de Cuisine – Banquet
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage banquet kitchen operations to ensure high culinary standards for all events
- Develop and execute creative banquet menus that align with the Renaissance brand
- Supervise and mentor the banquet culinary team to ensure consistency and quality
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols across the kitchen
- Monitor kitchen costs and maintain ingredient quality for large scale productions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in banquet production
- Extensive culinary expertise in both international and local cuisines
- Strong leadership, organizational, and kitchen management skills
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
- Ability to lead a team effectively during high volume event operations
- Degree or Professional Certification in Culinary Arts
- Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence and presentation
