Position: Restaurant & In-Room Dining Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Restaurant and In-Room Dining sections to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high quality and safety standards while ensuring service levels exceed guest expectations.
  • Coordinate events and manage budgets, inventory, and departmental resources effectively.
  • Utilize MICROS systems and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and training to the team, fostering a culture of Swiss hospitality excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand.
  • Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Professional, excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and administration skills.
  • Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines and high-pressure environment.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Creative in organizing events and ability to control budget and inventory.
