Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in banquets and restaurants, maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Ensure guest experiences are beyond expectations through diligent service monitoring.
- Assist in organizing events and managing product and industry knowledge within the team.
- Operate MICROS systems and coordinate shift duties for F&B staff.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication within the F&B department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Professional, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative in organizing events, understands MICROS with strong product and industry knowledge.
- Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines and high-pressure environment.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand, and walk for extended periods.
