Position: F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants and bars.
- Develop menus, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Manage F&B staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Monitor costs and maximize departmental revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Manager.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
- Creative mindset for F&B concepts.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
