Preparing for its exciting pre-opening phase, our resort is designed to offer a sanctuary of relaxation and vibrant hospitality on Bali’s southern peninsula. Position: Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen).
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes.
- Supervise commis and demi chefs in the section.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed.
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary education is preferred.
