Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items for various kitchen sections
- Support senior chefs in large scale production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the commis area
- Receive and store kitchen supplies correctly
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Clean and organized personal habits
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and techniques
- Physically fit and energetic
- Good team player and communicative
- Vocational certificate in culinary is preferred
- Availability for shifts and early starts
