Position: Chief Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all technical maintenance projects
  • Manage the engineering team and external contractors
  • Maintain hotel building systems and energy efficiency
  • Analyze technical risks and implement preventative measures
  • Lead and develop a high performing technical team

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in technical or engineering management
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of building systems and HVAC
  • Expertise in energy management and technical projects
  • Problem solving mindset for guest and operational issues
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of improving technical standards
