Position: Assistant Chief Technician
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Technician in daily management
- Coordinate engineering team activities and schedules
- Handle technical emergencies and provide resolutions
- Perform regular inspections of hotel building systems
- Conduct staff training on technical systems and safety
Qualifications:
- Experience as Asst Chief Technician in 5 star hotels
- Strong technical knowledge of building and HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem solving mindset for complex technical issues
- Good administrative and reporting abilities
- Fluent in English for professional and guest interaction
- Technical degree or professional background
