Position: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest brand standards of hygiene
- Replenish room amenities, linens, and towels according to guest needs
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly
- Respect guest privacy and provide friendly, professional service
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same role
- Ability to work under pressure, Good Team Player & Passionate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Strong eye for detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic English communication skills
