Position: Chef De Partie – Tom’s by Tom Aikens
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium Restaurant
- Has strong background in British and French A la carte cuisine
- Ability to produce creative and artistic food work
- Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- A team player with positive and good attitude
