Position: Chef de Partie – Ah Yat Abalone
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific section of the Ah Yat Abalone kitchen to ensure high-quality dish production.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of traditional Chinese and seafood specialties.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff to maintain consistent culinary standards.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols within the section.
- Ensure accurate portion control and minimize food waste during daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, specifically in high-end Chinese or seafood cuisine.
- Strong technical skills in traditional Chinese cooking methods.

- Commitment to five-star culinary quality and presentation.
- Deep knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
