Position: Chief Concierge
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the concierge team to provide exceptional guest services and local information
- Oversee transportation logistics and coordinate guest arrivals and departures with precision
- Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and service providers in the IKN area
- Handle guest inquiries and complex requests with a calm, intuitive, and gracious approach
- Ensure the concierge desk operates efficiently using Opera Cloud and modern communication tools
Qualifications:
- Exceptional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
- Active membership of a local or international Hotel Concierge Association is preferred
- Confident public presence with high EQ and impeccable professional manners
- Calm and intuitive when handling high stress or high touch guest scenarios
- Skilled in Opera Cloud, MS Programs, Teams, and complex transportation logistics
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to a diverse global clientele
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight and stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexible with working hours and able to work under high pressure environments
