Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire culinary department to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Develop innovative menus and standardize recipes across all hotel outlets
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage food costs and labor budgets while maintaining the highest quality of production
  • Mentor and train the culinary team to enhance technical skills and creativity

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef in a 4-star hotel
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage departmental operations
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage culinary budgets
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic kitchen environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence
  • Relevant technical skills depending on the specific kitchen department
