Position: Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food production cycles
  • Lead and develop the culinary team focusing on performance management and technical training
  • Oversee operations in multiple outlets including cafes and specialty restaurants
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards property-wide
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient costs to maintain quality

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a senior luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach to culinary service excellence
  • Ability to manage a section and drive team performance under pressure
  • Knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and professional technical documentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Consistent approach to quality and delivering a luxurious experience
  • Relevant culinary certification or degree is preferred
