Position: Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food production cycles
- Lead and develop the culinary team focusing on performance management and technical training
- Oversee operations in multiple outlets including cafes and specialty restaurants
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards property-wide
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient costs to maintain quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a senior luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach to culinary service excellence
- Ability to manage a section and drive team performance under pressure
- Knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and professional technical documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Consistent approach to quality and delivering a luxurious experience
- Relevant culinary certification or degree is preferred
