Position: Duty Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless guest service during the shift.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest issues and provide prompt resolutions.
- Provide translation and personalized assistance for Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Supervise front office and lobby teams to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property during the shift.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork-oriented with a proactive leadership style.
