Position: Duty Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless guest service during the shift.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest issues and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Provide translation and personalized assistance for Mandarin-speaking guests.
  • Supervise front office and lobby teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property during the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role.
  • Good attitude, professional appearance, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic English communication and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Teamwork-oriented with a proactive leadership style.
