Position: Chef de Partie
Qualifications:
- Job Number: 26010538.
- Proven culinary track record in a 4 or 5 star resort or international hotel chain.
- Strong technical skills and a guest-focused attitude toward food quality.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar leadership role.
- Basic English communication and professional appearance.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific kitchen section and ensure all food preparation meets Marriott quality standards.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices within the kitchen daily.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu implementation and special events.
- Ensure accurate portion control and visually refined dish presentation.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of junior culinary team members.
