Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Leading the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure pristine resort standards
- Managing departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies
- Developing and implementing comprehensive cleaning protocols for rooms and public areas
- Supervising staff training programs to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
- Coordinating with the engineering department for room maintenance and deep cleaning schedules
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5 star property
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and highly service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and high pressure environment
- Solid understanding of housekeeping management systems and chemical safety
- Detail oriented with a commitment to maintaining luxury standards
- Excellent administrative and planning capabilities
