Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure pristine resort standards
  • Managing departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive cleaning protocols for rooms and public areas
  • Supervising staff training programs to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
  • Coordinating with the engineering department for room maintenance and deep cleaning schedules

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5 star property
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive, and highly service oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and high pressure environment
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping management systems and chemical safety
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to maintaining luxury standards
  • Excellent administrative and planning capabilities
