Position: Outlet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Directing daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet
- Leading the service team to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
- Managing outlet budgets, expenses, and monthly financial targets
- Implementing service training programs for the F&B staff
- Handling guest feedback and maintaining quality control of service
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Goal oriented with a focus on revenue and cost management
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
