Position: Personal Assistant to General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing the General Manager’s complex calendar and scheduling meetings
- Handling confidential correspondence and preparing high level reports
- Organizing travel arrangements and coordinating executive itineraries
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office
- Ensuring a professional and efficient administrative workflow for the resort leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary in luxury hospitality
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
