Position: HR & Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new associates to ensure a smooth onboarding
- Identify training needs across various departments and assist in developing learning materials
- Maintain employee records and manage administrative tasks related to human resources
- Support staff engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR and training, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and human resources best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
