Position: HR & Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new associates to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Identify training needs across various departments and assist in developing learning materials
  • Maintain employee records and manage administrative tasks related to human resources
  • Support staff engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR and training, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
